The Magic of Love

Thanksgiving is different this year.
Family and friends distanced, no matter how dear.
With just a few people in the room
and maybe more on Zoom.
Tables set with turkey dinner and appetizers,
the good china and sanitizers.
However we do it and whatever we say,
we give thanks for each other on this special day.
And for the one thing we all can be sure of
that comes from above –
the magic of love.
