– is ready to welcome the world's elite surfers for the annual Vans US Open
of Surfing – July 27 to August 4.
More than a premiere surfing event,
the Open is one of the largest action sports festivals in the country.
Look to see SoCal locals Kanoa
Igarish and Courtney Conlogue defending their Open championship titles alongside
the other top surfers on the World Surf League tour.
And, on Main Street across from the
pier, you can watch as surf legends are inducted into the Surfing Walk of
Fame August 1 and Surfers’ Hall of Fame on August 2.

and BMX competitions.
Along with art exhibitions and
hands-on creative workshops in the Van Doren Village on the sand.
The Open is operated by the World
Surf League and brings together many of the leading brands in sports and
